My 4 year old daughter loves this book! It’s great for little kids and teaches them to stay healthy and be compassionate toward others. Simeon was a beautiful little boy and it’s amazing to see him illustrated as a hero. He was and this is great representation of little kids with a similar fight as his. The authors and his family did a beautiful job. My daughter says she’s a hero too now!

Simeon the Sickle Cell Hero is such a great book. It’s shines light on the diagnosis while inspiring people. It’s great for story time for a group, one on one reads, and family time sessions. It is also nice that there are t-shirts hats, & other accessories to represent the brand. Kids love it.
