2. Products & Pricing
- All books are printed on demand; slight variations in color or layout may occur.
- We may update or discontinue products, prices, or availability at any time.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed once full payment is received.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing: 3–5 business days before shipment.
- U.S. delivery: 8–18 business days total (processing + shipping).
- International delivery: 11–25 business days total (processing + shipping).
- Customs/import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Because books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is defective or damaged.

For damaged/defective items:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at meetsimeonthesicklecellhero@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

Once verified, we will replace the book at no cost.
- Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or if a replacement is not possible.
